Junior Receptionist/Administrator

You will be the first port of contact as the Receptionist and Tasks will be varied including:

  • Telephone answering
  • Dealing with initial directing of incoming contacts
  • Look after visitors to the business
  • Make external communication as directed
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Inputting details into the computer & typing
  • Dealing with post
  • Making sure stationary suppliers are in available
  • Assisting the office manager with her duties

We would also like to encourage use of MS Office programmes, notably: Word, Excel and Powerpoint through college and other training.
